Mediation/Arbitration:
There are circumstances in which an investigation may not satisfy the affected parties … or, in some instances, investigations reveal underlying issues which should be promptly and fully addressed.
CAWLAR Consulting is available to mediate among the parties or, in situations in which the parties are unable to reach a settlement, to arbitrate among the parties and render a binding decision.
CAWLAR Consulting provides the department with a trained and experienced “chartered arbitrator”.
