Coordination of Pool Staffing Assessments:
There is increasing emphasis on using national areas of selection to provide all Canadians with reasonable access to employment in the federal public service. Given this movement toward national area of selection, one of the current staffing challenges is finding ways and means to assess candidates in various – and sometimes remote – areas of Canada.
Accordingly, after a comprehensive consultation with the client, CAWLAR Consulting will coordinate the various aspects of the assessment activity – including identifying locations, arranging for invigilators, preparing and providing an administrative manual for use by invigilators, scheduling candidates, coordinating the issue and return of written assessment documents and managing other negotiated aspects of the cross-country staffing activity.
